Grounds for divorce in NH.

I will be filling for a "no-fault" divorce when the time comes. NH not only allowing for a no-fault they also allow filing for fault.  One of the reasons being adultery. 98% of divorces in the State of NH are 'no-fault'.  I just found that interesting. One may ask why I won't be filing with grounds (since i have one)  Its harder and its imporant for me to an amicable divorce.

  1. Everyone involved, and everyone who cares about you know its not a no fault divorce. They know who is at fault.

  2. You are obviously thinking about your kids and not yourself. I wish your husband was as kind. Sorry, but I'm gonna be mad for you. LOL.

  4. This is obviously hard on you and your kids, so it makes sense to take the easier 'no-fault' route. 'No-fault' is just a label; it does not absolve him.

You just keep focusing on building a good life for you and your kids.
