I will be filling for a "no-fault" divorce when the time comes. NH not only allowing for a no-fault they also allow filing for fault. One of the reasons being adultery. 98% of divorces in the State of NH are 'no-fault'. I just found that interesting. One may ask why I won't be filing with grounds (since i have one) Its harder and its imporant for me to an amicable divorce.
Everyone involved, and everyone who cares about you know its not a no fault divorce. They know who is at fault.
ReplyDeleteYou are obviously thinking about your kids and not yourself. I wish your husband was as kind. Sorry, but I'm gonna be mad for you. LOL.
ReplyDeleteOh I am mad. :) I gave up a lot for him. Stuff i can't get back but i have two really really adorable wonderful kids.
ReplyDeleteThis is obviously hard on you and your kids, so it makes sense to take the easier 'no-fault' route. 'No-fault' is just a label; it does not absolve him.
ReplyDeleteYou just keep focusing on building a good life for you and your kids.
